- Cancellations are only possible before the eSIM QR code has been emailed to you.

Return Conditions
Due to the nature of eSIMs (instantaneous digital delivery), returns are not accepted after the QR code has been sent.
Return Process
Due to the digital nature of eSIMs, there is no physical return process.
If you have a defective or non-functional QR code:
- Contact customer support with order details and a description of the problem.
- The team will investigate and determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued if the order is canceled before the eSIM QR code has been emailed.
- For defective or non-functional QR codes, a refund or replacement may be issued after investigation.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable timeframe for processing the refund.

- Refunds for canceled orders (where the QR code has not been sent) will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 5-7 business days) for processing.
- Refunds for defective or invalid QR codes (after investigation) will follow the same process.
- If you don’t see a refund reflected in your account after a reasonable waiting period (e.g., 10-15 days), please contact your bank or payment provider before contacting GIGAXIN customer support.
